Vendor Info

Welcome to the Commercial Exhibits and Concessions Department. We are happy to assist the vendors and commercial exhibitors to make the Puyallup Spring Fair and the Puyallup Fair experience more enjoyable.

We accept applications for Commercial Exhibit and Concession space year-round. The Puyallup Fair offers two opportunities each year to exhibitors. These are the Puyallup Spring Fair, a four-day event occurring mid-April, and the Puyallup Fair, a seventeen-day event that takes place during September.

We do have an extensive exhibitor list that is evaluated for each event. (Participation in the Spring Fair does not guarantee acceptance in the Fall Fair, but those participating may be given preference, depending upon product or services offered.) At the present time we are not accepting applications for Food/Beverage vendors.

Here's how to get an application for commercial space.

Dining Guide
“X” marks the spot when it comes to our Dining Guide. Whether you’re craving Krusty Pups and cotton candy, good ol’ barbeque ribs, or exotic flavors from the Far East, the Fair’s smorgasbord of delicious foods will satisfy anyone’s hunger.

To find the food your stomach is growling for, look down the page until you find an “X,” then slide your finger across to discover which restaurant is serving your favorite cuisine. Then turn to the map to find the location.  Bon appetit!

Restaurant Building
Located near the Red Gate, the Restaurant Building is packed with your favorite Fair Foods. Look on the Fairgrounds Map for the building locations.

Healthy Fare
If something a little healthier suits your dining needs, check out our new healthy fare column for some tasty treats without all the guilt. There’s no need to dump your diet at the Fair since many of our restaurants offer low carbohydrate, low fat, sugar free, or vegetarian items.

From homemade vegetarian vegetable soup and green salads with low calorie dressing at Marlowes, to meats at BBQ Pete’s that are low in carbohydrates, it is not hard to find a healthy menu item to fulfill any craving. If only sweets will satisfy, Old World Cone offers chocolate or vanilla frozen yogurt that meet all four healthy requirements. At BBQ Pete’s, get a sugar fix with a vegetarian twist by trying a delectable strawberry shortcake.

To satisfy several of the healthy options in one stop, head to Duris’s where low fat, low calorie, and vegetarian choices are one of their top priorities. Baked potatoes and steamed vegetables are just a few of the healthy alternatives to deep-fried or calorie-packed foods.

Carbohydrate counting, low calorie, sugar-free and low fat dieters will find a plethora of healthy choices at the 2006 Puyallup Fair.
