No Weekend is Bigger in the Northwest for Rodeo Competition

The Wrangler Tour Playoffs stop in Puyallup with 24 rodeo athletes in each event, competing for 12 spots and a $348,000 purse. 

Ariat Playoffs

The first ever Ariat Playoffs of the Wrangler ProRodeo tour will make one of its three stops at the Puyallup Pro Rodeo! The regular season tour began in Odessa, Texas on Jan. 4 and concludes Aug. 5 in Dodge City, Kansas with the winners advancing to the playoffs. 

Wrangler Pro Rodeo Tour

The playoffs start in Caldwell, Idaho with the top 35 contestants in each category competing. The top 22 winners move on to the Puyallup Pro Rodeo, Sept. 7-9. Then those 12 winners move on to the rodeo in Oklahoma, with the final 10 winners in each category competing at the Dallas rodeo. Each of the playoffs will be filmed for television coverage. The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo will be held in Las Vegas December 6-15, 2007.
